Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

As many as 10 million Americans may have fibromyalgia, according to The National Fibromyalgia Association. I have had fibromyalgia for ten years, talked to doctors in four states and been doing research on it for five years. You hurt all over, and you frequently feel exhausted.  A more specific sign of fibromyalgia is the presence of up to 18 specific tender points on the body. These are painful only when you press directly on them. Even after countless tests, your doctor cannot find anything specifically wrong with you. If this sounds familiar, you may have fibromyalgia.

Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition mostly known for its widespread pain in your muscles, ligaments and tendons, as well as fatigue and multiple tender points on your body, where slight pressure causes pain, burning and even sometimes can make it bruise and itch. Fibromyalgia in the past was also known as fibrositis, chronic muscle pain syndrome, psychogenic rheumatism and tension myalgias, just to name a few.

Although you may feel your symptoms more intensity on somedays, like one day you hurt a little but can go on with your day, other days you may feel as if you have been hit by a truck. Flu like symptoms are common with this, upset stomach, hurting all over, tired even if you know you got at least eight hours of sleep, ( being drained and tired is very common with Fibro ) and just an altogether not right feeling. Fibro or FMS short for fibromyalgia will most likely never disappear completely. It may be reassuring to know, however, that fibromyalgia is not progressive or life-threatening and does no permanent damage to your muscles, joints, or organs. Treatments and self-care steps can improve fibromyalgia symptoms so it's important to talk to your health care provider about steps you can take to improve you are over all health.

Fibromyalgia is a syndrome, a set of symptoms that occur but do not have a known cause. Flare-ups are common and can be do to physical or emotional stress, many people with fibromyalgia report that cold or damp weather, poor sleep, fatigue, stress, or overexertion makes their pain worse. Some common symptoms of fibromyalgia include migraine and tension headaches, numbness or tingling of different parts of the body, abdominal pain related to irritable bowel syndrome ("spastic colon"),  irritable bladder, ( causing painful and frequent urination.)  Musculoskeletal pain, muscle spasms, muscle pain, fatigue, tender points, ( such as neck, spine, shoulders, or hips ) sleep disturbances, hard time getting to sleep or waking up, morning stiffness, anxiety, depression and short term memory loss ( Often referred to as Fibrofog. )

With a study at the University of Michigan, they have indicated that fibromyalgia patients have abnormalities within their central brain structures, It is a problem within the pain-processing center of the central nervous system. The use of medications such as antidepressants can help some patients with fibromyalgia.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, (CFS) Sometimes called chronic Epstein-Barr virus, or myalgic encephalomyelitis is a very common thing to have. 90% of people with fibro will also have CFS. This is also not deadly but can be just as big a pain in the butt as fibro, The early sign of this illness is a strong fatigue that comes on suddenly and often comes and goes or it may just never stop. You may feel too tired to do your everyday activities or are easily exhausted with no apparent reason. CFS does not go away with a few good nights of sleep. Instead, it mostly steals your energy and vigor over months and sometimes years.

Some doctors think that Fibro and CFS are the same thing, it's a debait that no one seems to be winning. There is no cure but we can find solace in the fact that it's not deadly and does not get worse. You may have a flare-up so it seems like you are getting worse when in fact you really are not. It can come on so sudden, after weeks or even months of feeling like your oldself again that it feels as if its really getting worse. Take to keep stress low and walk as much as you think your body will allow to keep your Fibro/CFS symptoms from going into a flare up. If you are in the middle of a flare up the best thing to do is try again to keep stress low and take it easy till the symptoms easy up again.

Because symptoms of fibromyalgia are similar to so many other disorders, your doctor may try to rule out other conditions with similar symptoms before he or she can properly diagnose fibromyalgia. In some cases, you may have another condition in addition to fibromyalgia, so it's best to see a doctor right away to rule anything else out. This is not meant to be a self diagnose, no one but your doctor can tell you if you have this. This is just information gather up from medical sites and doctors I have talked to over the years. Learn how to do a basic numerology reading




I have listed here a fool proof way of helping you learn how to do numerology yourself. I will give you an example and you can learn from that. Its fun, easy and when you get really good you can make reports for friends, family and will anyone. I have been doing numerology for 5 years. Look confusing? It really isn't. Just take a look at the following example and you will get the idea. In this example, we will use my full name to help you out so Diana Joyce Freeman is my birth name, I was born Feb 1st 1979 or better used for this is 02/01/79. I will try to teach you with what is called the Pythagorean system of numerology, this is how you can determine the numerical values of the letters in your name. Look above at the number list, you will see for my name Diana, D find D in the number list. See above it the number? Its 4 So D is 4 do the same with iana and you will see I is 9 A is 1 N is 5 and A is 1 see easy. Okay, now let's assign numerical values to my full name at birth.

Diana = 4, 9, 1, 5, 1
Joyce = 1, 6, 7, 3, 5
Freeman = 6, 9, 5, 5, 4, 1, 5
Now we must add them together:
Diana = 4+9+1+5+1=20
20 2+0=( 2 )

NOTE: We can never have a number greater then 9 ( only your master numbers which are 11 & 22 but this is a basic reading so we will not use 11 or 22, to learn more about master number, please read the book Numerology by Hans Decoz ) Ok so basic readings are only numbers 1-9 so nothing can go over the number 9. My number was 20 so we must reduce this by going 20 = 2+0 =2 So my number for my name Diana is a 2 .

Joyce = 1+6+7+3+5=22
22=2+2=(4)

NOTE: Again we have a number over 9 so we 22=2+2=4 my middle name number is 4

Freeman = 6+9+5+5+4+1+5=35
35=3+5=(8)

NOTE: Here again we have a number great then 9 so we must reduce this again 35=3+5=8 my last name number is 8.

So now we have Diana, my first name is number 2, Joyce my middle name is number 4 and Freeman my last name is number 8. For the last on this part, you need to add all end numbers together to get your FULL birth name number. ( which is called your "destiny number" ) Take the first name end number and add them with your middle and last name numbers like this 2+4+8=14 but nothing can be higher then the number 9 so again we reduce it 14=1+4=5 so there we go my full birth name number is 5. Get it? If not try doing it with your own name a few times and it should come to you pretty easy!

In numerology this particular combination of first, middle, and last name provides the "Destiny Number." So we now have my Destiny Number. Now lets learn what that means. On the chart below is a quick interpretation of the numbers 1 through 9.

1. If your Destiny Number is a 1 this means you are ambitious, independent, and self-sufficient.

2. If your Destiny Number is a 2 this means you are supportive, diplomatic, and analytical.

OK we got that.. Now lets move on to the my birthday. 02/01/1979 we must add all the number together again.

0+2+0+1+1+9+7+9=29 but we must not go over 9 so again we what?? WE reduce 29=2+9=11 which is a master number, but in a basic reading we just skip that and go on and reduce again 29=2+9=11 11=1+1=2 so for this basic reading my birthday number is a 2. The name for your birthday number is your lifepath number, so my lifepath number is 2. Below I will list what the traits are for the numbers 1-9.

Have you ever wanted to get into modeling, but had no idea where to start? Don't know what them little words in the ( ) mean. Well I can help you. Read on and see how you can get yourself started in a beautiful and exciting new career. Just a few secrets and know hows and your on your way. 



First you will need a nice portfolio, now Models pay $1000's to get one of these when they Start out, because they don't know better.. But here is a trick for you to get one for free. Look for local photographers looking for models to work with, make sure in their ad it says they are looking to work for T/F/P or P/F/T, this Stands for Time For Print or Print For Time. What this means is they are looking to get new pictures for their portfolios. You e-mail them and ask if they work with plus size women. If they e-mail you back and say yes, ( " I find most of the time they do e-mail you back because they want all kinds of new looks " ) then you can get all the details on where to meet. You should never go alone, bring a friend and meet for the first time in a public place. If just to get the feel for the person, a women can NEVER be to careful.

Now because they are looking for T/F/P or P/F/T it Doesn't matter if you have never modeled before. Its great for getting used to being in front of the camera. T/F/P or P/F/T Time For Print / Print For Time: Means you don't have to pay anything and they wont pay you. In return for your modeling for Them, you get to keep all the pictures taken of you. Either on a CD for your computer or they will just e-mail them to you! You will have to let them use your pictures in their online and off line portfolio so make sure you don't do anything you don't want a lot of people To see. Its a good thing a lot of times they have an online portfolio and they will put your pictures on there and other people all around the world will see it. Its a great way to get noticed. 

So look on line for local photographers looking for models see if any of them have T/F/P or P/F/T listed. Then e-mail them and ask what I told you to ask :0). Some great sites that are free for models are Onemodelplace.com and musecube.com. When you have some nice pictures get an account on both of them and set up an online portfolio, from there look around some more for local photographers to do more work. After awhile you will be a natural in front of the cam, if your not already and You can move up to paid shoots.

There are a lot of sites for plus size models! In most sites they have a place listed of photographers. Do a local search on lots of different sites, gather up lots of e-mail address of the photographers that have T/F/P or P/F/T listed on their page or in any they have listed. After that, e-mail each one and ask if they work with plus size women. Tell them you are just starting out and would love to get some nice pictures to put together a portfolio. Make sure you send two nice pictures of you that you already have. They don't have to be professional Just clear. One nice face shot ( meaning up close, let them see your eyes, mouth, teeth, nose and hair. ) and one body Shot ( Head to toe full shot. Make sure you were something that fits well. ) so they know what they will be working with. If you can't find any local photographers get a friend to take some nice pictures of you outside to start a portfolio to list on the sites I named up above. Take the pictures outside or some where with nice backgrounds, No group shots And NO bathrooms or boyfriends in the shot. Just because your friend is not a professional photographer does not mean that the picture can't look like its been taken professionally, so keep that in mind when taking the shots.
